Our application tips
-
Clear and complete documentation
Make sure your resume is structured, easy to read, and complete. Summarize the most important stages of your career concisely and highlight activities that are relevant to the position you are applying for.
-
Be authentic - be yourself
We want to get to know you for who you really are. Honesty and authenticity are more important to us than perfect phrases. Tell us what drives you, what you are looking for, and what you are good at—but also where you would like to grow.
-
Show motivation & initiative
We are looking for employees who enjoy driving topics forward, taking responsibility, and actively shaping the future. Show us in your interview or in your application documents where you have already demonstrated initiative—whether at work, in your studies, or in volunteer work.
-
Good preparation through company research
Thorough preparation shows us that you really want to understand who we are and how we work. Take some time to familiarize yourself with our company, our projects, and how we work. This will not only help you with your application, but also enable you to ask specific questions during the interview.
-
Ask questions
The application process is a mutual getting-to-know-you phase. Don't be afraid to ask questions—about projects, teams, role models, or development opportunities. Your questions show that you are curious and want to understand how you can contribute.
-
Communicate clearly
Open, clear communication is at the heart of our culture. Be transparent about your availability, expectations, and constraints. The clearer we are with each other, the better we can plan together.
Q&A
-
A cover letter is not a must. Not submitting one will not negatively affect your application process. However, if you would like to share specific points about your motivation or background, we would be happy to receive a short, informative letter—but only if it makes sense for you to do so.
-
The duration depends on the position and the departments involved. Together with your recruiter, we will discuss the expected process and the next steps at the beginning so that you always know where you stand.
-
After signing the contract, you can expect a two-part onboarding process:
HR onboarding: All organizational topics, systems, and basic information.
Technical onboarding: Step-by-step introduction to your tasks, team structures, and tools.
In addition, you will be assigned a buddy who will accompany you during your first few weeks—both professionally and personally.
-
That depends on the position. Many teams work in a hybrid model that allows for both working from home and office days. We will discuss the exact details individually during the first interview.
-
Find out about our company, bring specific examples from your previous experience, and think about questions that are important to you. We want to get to know the real you, not a memorized presentation.
-
Depending on the role, we may include a small practical task or case study to get to know your working style. We will discuss the nature of the task with you in advance in a transparent manner.
