Your Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Business Development: Partner with the Regional Director Benelux and the Business Development team to identify, qualify, and close new opportunities across SAP, CX, Commerce, Loyalty, Marketing Automation, Data, and AI.
- Design Strategic Solutions: Translate client goals into solution concepts leveraging KPS’ composable architecture and leading technologies such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP CX, Mirakl, and AI-driven platforms.
- Lead Discovery & Workshops: Facilitate client workshops to define future-state processes, operating models, and solution roadmaps focused on integrated SAP architectures connecting front-end and back-end systems.
- Build Value Propositions: Develop persuasive value cases and transformation roadmaps that align SAP and CX capabilities with measurable business outcomes.
- Engage & Collaborate: Present solution visions to stakeholders from operational to C-level and collaborate with KPS delivery and architecture teams to ensure smooth presales-to-delivery transitions.
What we are looking for:
- Extensive Experience: 10+ years in presales and consulting across SAP, Digital Commerce, Customer Experience, or Digital Transformation, with a proven track record in enterprise or upper mid-market engagements.
- SAP & CX Expertise: Deep understanding of SAP and CX ecosystems, including cloud-based, composable, and AI-enabled architectures; hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP CX, Mirakl, or similar platforms.
- Consulting & Deal Leadership: Demonstrated success in solution consulting, bid management, deal shaping, and translating business requirements into SAP-centric technical solutions.
- Strategic & Analytical Skills: Ability to develop and challenge business cases, ROI models, and transformation scenarios aligned with SAP-enabled value outcomes.
- Communication & Language Skills: Excellent presentation and stakeholder management abilities; fluent in English, with Dutch or German preferred and French considered an advantage.
