For an international SAP transformation project, we are looking for an experienced SAP Transportation Management Consultant / Solution Architect to join our project team on a part-time freelance basis.

The assignment requires a consultant with comprehensive end-to-end SAP TM expertise, combining strong functional and architectural knowledge with the ability to work hands-on in the system.

The project will initially focus on preparing and setting up the solution for demonstrations, followed by the configuration and implementation of the SAP TM solution.

Your Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare the SAP TM solution for initial project demonstrations

• Perform hands-on SAP TM configuration and customizing

• Support the functional and technical design of the overall SAP TM solution

• Provide end-to-end SAP TM expertise across the project

• Design and support global multi-stage transportation processes

• Support the integration of SAP TM with SAP S/4HANA

• Advise on and support integration with SAP GTS

• Support integration with external 3PL warehouse providers

• Translate business and transportation requirements into scalable SAP TM solutions

• Advise stakeholders on SAP TM processes, architecture and integration topics

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants and technical teams

• Independently take ownership of complex SAP TM topics throughout the project lifecycle

Your Profile

• Extensive professional experience with SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM)

• Deep understanding of the complete SAP TM solution and related transportation processes

• Experience equivalent to SAP TM Solution Architect level

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP TM configuration and customizing

• Proven experience designing and implementing global multi-stage transportation solutions

• Strong knowledge of SAP TM and SAP S/4HANA integration

• Experience with SAP GTS integration

• Experience connecting SAP solutions with 3PL warehouse providers

• Strong functional consulting and solution design capabilities

• Ability to combine architectural thinking with hands-on implementation

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex topics

• Fluent professional English

• Danish language skills are an advantage

The formal seniority or job title is not the deciding factor. What matters most is extensive SAP TM expertise and the ability to understand and configure the solution end to end.
